Getting started
What happens before your school goes live.
What is SchoolGPT?
SchoolGPT is a suite of practical AI tools made for schools. It supports pupils with learning and helps staff with time-consuming work, within controls set by the school.
How do we try it?
You can explore the demo school or book a conversation with our team. We’ll answer your questions and show the parts most relevant to your school.
How long does setup take?
Timing depends on your chosen integration and internal checks. We help with setup, staff onboarding and the information your data-protection team needs.
How do staff and pupils sign in?
Schools can use the sign-in route that fits their setup, including usernames and passwords, QR codes and supported single sign-on options.
Safety and data
The questions safeguarding and data teams usually ask first.
Is SchoolGPT designed for children?
Yes. The pupil experience is built specifically for education, with age-appropriate interactions, school controls and safeguarding at the centre of the product.
Does SchoolGPT replace teacher judgement?
No. It is designed to support teaching and learning. Teachers remain in control of how it is used, what pupils can access and how generated material is checked.
Is school data used to train public AI models?
School data is handled under our school agreement and privacy terms. We can provide the current data-processing and sub-processor information for your team to review.
What can safeguarding staff see?
Authorised staff have school-level oversight and safeguarding tools. We’ll demonstrate the exact controls and escalation workflow during your school review.
Using SchoolGPT in school
How it fits around teachers, pupils and existing systems.
Does it connect to our management system?
SchoolGPT supports school integrations including Wonde, alongside other onboarding options. We’ll confirm the best route for your MIS and identity setup.
Can we control which tools pupils use?
Yes. Schools can manage access to pupil features, so tools can be introduced at the pace and scope that suits your policies.
Does it work for pupils with additional needs?
Accessibility and personalised support are core parts of the experience. Specific options depend on the tools your school enables and each pupil’s settings.
Pricing and support
What to expect commercially and after launch.
How much does SchoolGPT cost?
Pricing depends on the products and school plan you choose. The current options are shown on our pricing section, and we’ll confirm everything before you commit.
What support do schools receive?
We support setup and onboarding, and help staff use the product confidently. Schools also have routes for ongoing product and technical support.
Can we speak to a person?
Absolutely. Book a 30-minute conversation and bring your technical, safeguarding or classroom questions.
